Q: How are chandeliers secured against damage during transportation?
Chandeliers and lightings are shipped as dismantled units. Individual components are carefully packed in a fixed and resistant carton box with protective lining. However, in the event of damage to some component, we will immediately replace it for you as a free of charge service. Preferably, on the basis of sending a photo of the damaged component. When shipping the goods abroad, we will set up any potential complaints with a shipping company by ourselves.

Q: Are the chandeliers shipped already assembled?
No they are not; crystal fixtures cannot be shipped assembled because it could result in significant damages in transit. Simple but complete instructions are included and most of the chandeliers require a simple body assembly with the hanging crystal ready to go into the fixture. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages due to the improper installation of our lighting fixtures; therefore it may be advisable to use a professional electrician.

Q: Do you accept returns?
What if I don't like the chandelier once I receive it? We will gladly refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, if items are returned post paid and in good condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. We don't accept returns on individual parts. We don't charge a restocking fee on exchanges.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
We have the highest confidence in our products, that's why we offer a 5 year warranty on all of our products against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishing during this period, we will gladly repair or replace the chandelier free of charge.

Q: May I see the chandeliers in a normal shop?
Complete set of product may be seen on the Internet shop only. The chandeliers are individually delivered to normal shops where they are sold for significantly higher prices.

Q: What size light bulbs are recommended & where can I get them?
Maximum wattages are clearly marked on all of the product descriptions. We recommend purchasing the clear bulbs; they are the best for further light refraction and help the crystal reflect its brilliance. All of our chandeliers are made to conform to the lighting requirements of the country with which it is being shipped and bulbs can be purchased at most local home stores and general product stores.

Q: May I order shipping the chandeliers and lightings abroad?
Yes. In this case, you will have to specify for which country the chandelier or lighting intended.
Based on this information, we will make some adjustments to the electrical design of chandeliers and lightings for you.
For example, for the US market, they are already furnished with American electric cables SPT1 and SPT2 and also with the American standard holders E-12, 120 V, 50/60 Hz. The chandeliers are supplied without electrical bulbs.

Q: What is the method of shipment?
Your fixture will be shipped by International Airfreight.
For most small consignments, the Czech Postal Service seems to be sufficient enough. This service is the cheapest among others and offers a wide range of other services such as insurance and payment upon cash on delivery (system C.O.D. is possible only in countries like the Czech Republic and Slovakia). If you live in Prague, you may order free shipping of the goods right to your home.
Precise calculation of the transport price (postage) is provided as a part of the order form. Simply select the destination country for the goods and the transport cost will be calculated automatically.

Q: How are VAT payments organised here?
Prices for the goods in the Internet shop are stated without VAT.
For buyers from the Czech Republic, the amount should be 21 % VAT added to the price of goods. Also, if the buyer lives in the European Union and he/she has legal status of natural person, it must be 21% of VAT added to the price of goods. Companies from the EU, which are holders of valid TAX VAT, may buy without the VAT addition.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
We are able to complete deliveries of most chandeliers from our offer within three business days. Transporting packages throughout the Czech Republic does not take more than one week. If the goods are to be delivered abroad, the time of air transport takes 7 – 14 days.
When ordering customized chandeliers and lightings, you will be informed about delivery times in advance.

Q: Which methods of payments do you accept?
- Credit card payment for all categories of cards, VISA and MasterCard 
(GoPay - Raiffeisen Bank)
- Payment upon an invoice
- Payment upon hand-over of the goods – sending on C.O.D system

Q: How do you protect my personal information?
We use an SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted server to ensure the highest security level possible while conducting transactions over the internet. While we do keep a record of your transaction in our company files, it is our policy to NEVER disclose your personal information with any third-party not required by law.
